This year at the 55th Concertino Praga, established by Czech Radio, both the solo and chamber categories brought successes for Hungary.

In the solo category young pianist Ildikó Rozsonits won third place, while the Trio INNsolitus (Bence Bubreg, Márton Bubreg, and Felix Niederstätter) took second place.

Rozsonits Ildikó was born in 2006 in Budapest. Her outstanding talent became apparent at the age of four, when she started playing a flute she got as a present. Then her parents took her to flutist Réka Kassai, with whom she leadned the first-year music school curriculum in six months, and then took up piano when she was five at her teacher’s suggestion. At the age of ten, she was admitted to the School for Exceptional Young Talents at the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, thus becaming the youngest student at the Academy. In the last four years, she has won several prestigious international piano competitions in Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Belgium.

The INNsolitus Trio was established by three young people in 2020 to participate at the Prima la Musica music competition. They won the special prize and, as a result, performed in the concert hall of Erl, Austria. The trio also performed with bass guitarist Raphael Niederstätter at the opening ceremony of the Dvořák Festival in Prague, 2020.
